Mission Fitness UK was created by father and daughter Graham Pardew and Hayley Old.  Both are former members of the British Army with a passion for health and fitness.  They left the Armed Services to start a new career in the Health and Fitness industry and put their professional skills to good use for the benefit of the local community.
 
In addition to their previous coaching qualifications and military fitness experience, they have studied several other subjects, such as sports nutrition, and GP exercise referral.  They also have extensive sports coaching experience.  This has allowed them to gain further knowledge to assist their clients to meet their goals and provide real results.
 
All Mission Fitness UK Personal Trainers are Registered Exercise Professionals with the most up-to-date top industry standard qualifications, ensuring all clients receive the best individual tuition.  The team is based in Faringdon, Oxfordshire, able to provide a wide range of tailored Personal Training services, Health Programmes, Corporate Team Building Activities and Fitness Boot Camps.

John Old
John is a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer and Level 3 Self Defence Instructor, with extensive knowledge and experience within the fitness industry. John served in the British Army for 9 Years, where he competed in numerous endurance and cross country races. John is also passionate about bodybuilding and teaching others the knowledge he has gained.
Graham is a qualified Level 3 Personal trainer and nutritional advisor with GP exercise referral, rugby coach and MMA fitness qualifications.
Graham has organised, coached and participated in a wide variety of sporting events globally.  He has also personally competed in numerous marathons, ultra-marathons, strength and endurance competitions.
  
Hayley is a Level 3 qualfied Personal trainer with, suspension training, kettlebell, studio cycling and group exercise circuits qualifications.
Hayley is also a sports massage therapist, and runs sessions from her therapy room within Mission Fitness UK.
Hayley has always been interested in running, but has developed more of a passion for weights and weight training.

Ben is a Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer, and has been with Mission Fitness UK since August 2017. Ben enjoys all aspects of training. Originally from Bristol, Ben has recently moved to Swindon and is looking forward to get to know the area and people.
   
  
Jake is a Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer, and has been with Mission Fitness UK since August 2016.Creativity is what Jake enjoys most about training, using different training styles and methods to create challenging and fun workouts. Jake believes that being a trainer isn’t just about helping people from session to session, however it’s the lifestyle in-between each trip to the gym and helping people make changes to their life for the better.​
