WHAT IS MISSION LEGS, BUMS AND TUMS?
This 30 minute workout focuses on those problem areas - hips, stomach, legs and bum. In this class the emphasis is on working as hard as you can in those 30 minutes.In this class we will work on specific areas to tone and to burn as many calories as possible. A fun and enjoyable class, with all abilities welcome!
